Frequently Asked Questions

There are 3 main valet's the mini the standard and the full valet.

The mini and standard valet are aimed at cars that have been looked after and have been cleaned within the last 4 to 6 weeks and just need a tidy up.

The Mini valet 

would be perfect for clean vehicles that just need a wash and vacuuming, but would also be perfect for someone who isn't that fussed about there vehicle and use it to take there dog's out to the fields but would like it washed and a vacuum to remove the loose dirt.

The standardvalet 

Would be perfect for vehicles that have been regularly cleaned and maintained but may need there sparkle back but do not need a deep clean.

The full valet 

Would be perfect for new to you vehicles that you have just purchased and would like to give it a deep clean to remove any trace of the previous owners.

Maybe you are selling a vehicle! Giving it a full valet could add value to your vehicle for the sale.

If you have a business car that is coming to the end of your time with it and it needs a deep clean before you return it a full valet would be perfect.

Or for vehicle's that have just had a hard life and need a thorough deep clean.

Which ever valet you choose you can rest assured knowing that it will be done with care and professionalism. 

Every car I valet will be treated with respect and cleaned to a very high standard.

Please be realistic with your expectations !

A vehicle that hasn't been cleaned for years or has been used to take the dogs to the park etc every day is never going to look like new.

Please choose a valet that suits the kind of result that you would like see. If you are not sure about which valet you need please ask.

Be open and honest with the condition of your vehicle and I will advise before hand which valet would suit you best 👌

Stain removal from upholstery is a time consuming job and is therefore an added extra ( please see other services)

If you get the full valet your seats, carpets and mats will be wet extracted and I will do my best to remove any staining.

Please be realistic with your expectations as very poor condition upholstery may never look brand new again but I will try 

If you are not happy with any part of your valet please inform me ASAP!

At Zen auto Valeting customer satisfaction is paramount and I want you to be happy with the services i provide.

So if for any reason you are not happy with a service please inform me and I will do everything I can to remedy an issues or concerns you may have.

If you have child seats/s fitted in your vehicle it would be much appreciated if you could remove them before the valet.

If it is not possible for you to remove them before the valet. There are 2 options.

1, I can do my best to work around the seat/s

2, I can remove the seat for you.

If you choose option 2 please note that I will not be responsible for refitting the child seat/s back into your vehicle!!

The refitting of the child seat/s would need to be installed by yourself or a trained professional.

A small car would be a.  Ford Fiesta, VW Polo, Fiat 500, Renault Clio, Toyota Yaris, Toyota Aygo for example.

A medium car would be a.  VW Golf, Vauxhall Astra, Mazda 3, Audi A3, Kia Ceed for example.

A large car would be a. BMW 5,6,7 series, Ford mondeo, Mazda 6, Peugeot 508, Audi Q7, BMW X5,  For example.

4x4, 7 Seater would be any vehicle with 7 seats or a Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Hilux,  Mitsubishi Shogun, Mercedes GLE 350, For example
